Reminders – Addon


Reminders allow you to send messages before or after an Appointment. This can be either SMS or email to the agent or client and is activate by installing the Reminders-Addon.

When Activated the reminders tab in notifications has extra configuration options.

Adding a reminder is done by simpy pressing the Add reminder button

Configuring the Reminder

Options to setup

Each reminder has the following information that can be configured:

  • Reminder Name
  • Email or SMS
  • To Cusomter or Agent
  • Length of time
  • Time in Days or Hours
  • Before of After appointment date.
  • Email Subject
  • Message to send

Most of the settings are self-explanatory with the exception of:

Reminder Name

Once you change the reminder name the heading will change. Use something that is descriptive that allows you to quickly see what the reminder is about like Customer – Email Before.


The message area can be type in via the visual or if you would like to customise an email using HTML then the text option.

Once you have completed the setting just save the reminder. This can be modified or deleted using the pen or x symbol against each reminder.
