The schedule is the day-to-day operating hours of your booking system. It is one of the 3 areas that get setup when you install the plugin from scratch.

The section includes:

  • General Weekly Schedule
  • Days with Custom Schedules
  • Holidays and Days Off

Settings – Schedule

Settings>settings>schedule

This schedule then flows down to the agents that are active. It displays if they are on or off duty and the hours they will be working.

General Weekly Schedule

You can set the day to being inactive by using the slider next to the days name.

Setting Inactive Day

Along with setting if the day is active, each day in the schedule can be customised to having variable opening hours in the one day.

To adjust or edit the existing hours you:

  1. Click the little pencil against the day
  2. Modifiy the existing time or
  3. Add a new time to the existing
  4. Don’t forget to save your weekly schedule

Days With Custom Schedules

Custom Schedules override the General Schedule and are set by defining one day at a time

Once the schedule has been set you can edit/modify or delete by hovering the mouse over the created day and choose either the pencil or the trash can.

Holidays & Days Off

Holidays and Days off are set one by one and you simply mark the day selected as a day off.

This day will then be unavailable to select in any of the booking screens.
